DAIRY ANNUAL
The 1984 Dairy Farming Annual produced by the Department of Animal Science, Massey university, has been published. It contains the proceedings of the annual Dairyfarmers Conference held in May which featured symposia on fertiliser nitrogen, farming in difficult environments, indudng calving and bull beef on dairy farms. The widely publicised address by Mr John Parker, Assistant General Manager of the New Zealand Dairy Board, on how the structure of New Zealand's dairy industry might be improved is also included. Copies are available at $3.00 (postage included) from the Information Office, Massey U niversity.
