NEED FOR BOND DISCUSSED
The need for some sort of bond or assurance from people who wished to bring previously-owned dwellings into the area was discussed at a recent meeting of the Raetihi Borough Council. Council felt that it was necessary to impose some sort of bond as a guarantee that the owner would fulfill an undertaking to bring the re-sited house up to the required standard.
