Talent quest
National Park supporters cheered on Lois and Tracey Pakau, Aroha Rudkin and Alison Jacobs at a talent quest held at the Taumarunui Cosmopolitan Club on Saturday, 14 July. Among Club members elated at news of the night's election win to Labour, National Park folk shared in the celebratiohs when Mrs Alison Jacobs gained second place in the quest. Linda Pakau- Bowring
