COLLEGE
The horticultural group is planting trees around the college as part of the 'Year of the Tree'. A Third Form group recently planted the college 's third block of trees for Winstone's Forestry. On Thursday 28 June Ruapehu College was visited by Townsville Grammar School from Australia. Ruapehu won 9-4 in 1st XV rugby. Form 7 visited Massey University for two days recently. Students looked at courses available and accommodation, attended lectures, and generally involved themselves in campus life.
