HOCKEY
Rodney Journeaux of Raetihi, has been selected as goalkeeper in the New Zealand junior side that will tour Kuala Lumpur in September this year. 1 8-year old Rodney gained selection after an outstanding performance at the national colts' tournament held in Wanganui last month. If all goes well, Rodney, may well be selected for the junior side which will play in the World Junior Cup in Vancouver, Canada next year.
