JH || As firom the 9th June the two large Foodstuffs Supermarket groups NEW WORLD and WARDELLS have joined forces. You may think this does not affect us in the Waimarino but it does. For example: ( 1 ) The buying power of the combined group will enable us to drop our prices ( just look for this week's specials). (2) The buying power also enables us to bring you a far wider range of imported goods at a far better price. (3) The experience of 63 supermarket operators, and our various supervisors, will enable our service to you, the customer, to improve. We guarantee you will notice the change, the better, over the next few weeks. We are continually trying to improve our supermarket for the benefit of both the staff and the customers, by newer and better equipment, better prices and a more streamlined operation. Ifyou have any pet hates, and can see a better way of us improving something, please let us know. L. A
