ELECTORAL ROLL

The tast chance to get your name onto the Electoral Roll is between NOW and Thursday. You can do this by going along to any Post Office, filling it in there and then and returning it over the counter. If you do not do this before Friday 1 June and you want to vote in this year's General Election, you can get onto another Roll on 'Writ Day' (30 days prior to the election) but to qualify for this you have to have your names recorded at the Te Kuiti electoral office before 31 July. So it would be a lot easier to get along to your local Post Office before Friday.
