MENS GOLF
Fine weather over the four • days of Easter but with a stron^^ cold wind on Sunday. Attd^B dance was not high, but enougn golf played on each day to make reasonable competitions. 20 April Good scoring headed by C. Cranston with 44 Stableford points followed by K. Tapp and K. McDougall with 42, R. Southee 41. Twos were achieved, all ori hole No. 9 by A. Berridge, C. Cranston, B. Cranston and R. Pearson. 21 April The Easter Medal competition was topped by T. Geraghty with 65, K. Tapp 68, D. Herewini 70. The only two scored was by T. Geraghty on hole No. 17. 22 April The Easter Par event was won by Dianne Martin in the Ladies 2-up and S. Magee 5-up in the men's section followed by M . Kennedy +3 and P. Goldfinch +2 in the seniors with M. Beytagh + 1,1- Strachan and A. Christensen squan^B^ the junior section. No tW were scored this day. 23 April A magnificent day weatherwise saw K. McDougall top a Stableford competition with 44 followed by N. Black 42 and G. Allerby 40..N. Black and A. Berridge both scored twos.
