TRIATHLON
An Ohakune man, 30year old Vince Pakinga, competed in the Taupo Triathlon last month and after swimming onQ kilometre, bicycling 30km and
then running 10km, felt reasonably pleased with his performance in a field of 306 contestants. Lying 156th after the biking leg was completed he finished in 123rd place in a time of 2 hours and 10 mins.
