OHAKUNE DISTRICT COURT

Next week's regular monthly sitting of the Ohakune District Court will probably be held in Ohakune Court house building. This building has been raised, re-piled, lowered, refurbished and repainted over the past 3 months and is expected to be ready in time for the December hearings on the 8th of next month. The main contractors, Horne Bros of Ohakune, are currently putting the final touches inside and out in readiness for this sitting. For the past 3 months District Court hearings have been conducted in the Ohakune Borough Council Chambers.
