On behalf of the community many thanks to the "Lovely Lady" (who wishes to remain anonymous) for donating the two beautiful shrubs in front of the Post Office.Country Music Club — every Sunday, 4pm to 7pm at Waikune Social Room, $2 annual subscription. A change of venue on "club day" ... members Murray and Liza, (also proprietors Mt View Hotel) kindly made available their dining room to members and their ^amilies with the lounge, col^nred TV, a box of toys for the children and also chippies and lemonade for all. Again many thanks. Mr Bob McGinnis of the Ohakune Country Music Club who is also a member of our club happily sang his cowboy renditions. On a sadder note deepest sympathies to fellow members Mrs Marlene Barclay in the sad loss of her grandmother and to Mrs Mary Baker in the recent loss of her Dad. Linda Pakau- Bowring
