Last month Ohakune constable Brian Wilson injured his foot while chasing a man suspected of being involved in a disorderly behaviour incident. The man, an out-of-town skier, instead of continuing his flight in the dark, returned to help constable

Wilson make it to the Ohakune Telephone Exchange and then waited until constable Kevin Entwisle from Raetihi arrived. Folice are not now pressing charges against the man.
