Champion bloom
Pictured here (centre) is Mrs E. Bowater of Raetihi holding the Jennifer Godfrey cupfor champion bloom at the Waimarino Spring Show. Mrs Bowater is also holding the champion bloom, one of her own Red cup Narcissi, described by the judge as "a perfect bloom". Mrs Bowater has exhibited in every Waimarino Spring Show for almost 60years. A t left is Mrs B. Brown a committee member of the Raetihi G arden Club and, to the right, Mrs A. Maru, club president.
