Interclub Snooker

Family groups representing the two Raetihi clubs took honours in the Waimarino inter-club snooker pairs championships held at Ohakune Club on Saturday July 23rd. Winner of the A grade championship were father and son combination, Trevor Frederick senior and Trevor Frederick junior, both playing for the Cosmopolitan Club in Raetihi. Brothers Ray and Mick Godfrey playing for the Waimarino Club took the honours in the B grade championship. Highest break went to Dick Te Moana of the Waimarino Club.
