Results of Waikato Open Gymnastic Championships at Rotorua 2-3 July: Boys: Grade 4: Warren Scott -Compulsories 49.167, 4/9. Voluntaries 48.166, 5/9.
Girls: Grade 3 Voluntaries: Helen Hubbard 32.467, 6/37. Janine Mcllroy 30.267, 18/37. Compulsories: Tina Drayton 31.567 17/37. Suzanne Mcllroy 33.5, 3/37.
Special mention: Sue Mcllroy - 3rd overall (Grade 3 Compulsories). Sue is the first Turoa Tumbler to gain a medal at this prestigious competition.
