New Vet Clinic

The Waimarino is to have a new veterinary clinic when the building on the corner of Seddon and Duncan Streets is officially opened by King Country MP, Mr Jim Bolger, on Tuesday 12 July. Formerly staffed by veterinary surgeons from the Taihape Veterinary Club on a visiting roster system the new clinic will now have a permanent resident vet, Mr David Seifert, as well as the present full time nurse/ receptionist Kay Avery. The new clinic will be fully equipped to handle most aspects of animal health and care likely to be encountered in a country area.
