HOBSON COUNTY.
APPOINTMENT OF RANGERS. NOTICE is hereby given in exercise of the powers conferred upon every local authority by Section 17 of ‘ r lhe Impounding Act 1884’ that the Council of Hobson County have by resolution rescinded all previous authorities under the said Section 17 as from the Ist of December 1894 and hath authorised Thomas H. Clark settler of Mangawhare to have charge of the roads within the whole of the Aratapu and Dargaville Ridings and that nortion of the Kopuru Riding occupied by Sections 5 6, 7- 8, 22*23, 24, 25, 26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 47, and 99. together with the roads giving frontage to such sections. And the said Counoil hath by resolution aforesaid authorised Richard Bradley of Kopuru settler to have charge of the roads within the Kopuru Biding with the exception of the said portion above described (under the charge of T. H. Clark) for carrying into effect the provision of the said Section 17. A. E. HARDING, Council Chambers, Chairman Afatapu 14-12-94. Hobson County Council.
