NOTICE of Intention to make and levy Separate Sate. PUBLIC notice is hereby given iii accordance with the provisions of " The Draihage Act 1893 Amendment Act 1894 ’ wd ‘ The Eating Act 1894 ’ that at an ordinar y meeting of the Hobson County Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Aratapu, on Wednesday 9th January 1895 it is the intend n said Council to make and levy a Sep rate. Hate of Sixpence per acre upon the land? n: incipally benefited by the drainage and throe pence per acre upon, the lands less bsnefitted thereby upon the whole of r£)table property as appearing in 1 he? -Special Valuation Roll for the time being i t force in « The Tatarariki Drainage District ’ situated in the Kopuru Riding of the Hobson C unty for the year commenced on the Ist day of April 1894 and ending on the 31st day of March 1895. The said Separate Rate to be payable in one sum to the County Clerk (Horace Hammond) at the Council Chambers Aratapu between the hours of ten of the forenoon and one of the afternoon of Saturday the 9th day of February 1895. Further notice is hereby given that the rate book will be open for inspection at the Council Chambers by the - public without fee during office hours for fourteen days preceding the 9th day of January 1895 and all appeals against the rate book in conformity with section 41 of ‘ The Eating Act 1894’ will be heard at the said ordinary meeting.
