[The editor is not responsible for opinions expressed by correspondents.] (To the Editor) Sir, —Will you kindly in your answers to correspondents inform us who is the Registrar of electors for Bay of Islands now. what is his address, and where in this part of the district can registration forms be obtained. Many of us are greatly disappointed with the present member and would like to be in a. position to show our desire for a change. Judging by the start he has made this session, it would appear as if he considered he had a poor show of being returned again and was going to try and get a billet in one of the telegraph offices. —I am, etc., Subscribed Waikara, 16th July, 1892.
