CORRESPONDENCE
[The editor is not responsible for opinions expressed by correspondents.] TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Permit mo to correct an article in your last Friday’s issue in which reference was made as to my late husband, W. Francis, having been lighthouse keeper at Kaipara Heads. I-lis situation there was that of Signal master ; the building of the lighthouse did away with the necessity for a Signalman. I also thank the many kind friends for their sympathy and kindness to my daughter and self in our late bereavement. L. D. Francis.
