HOBSON COUNTY. Notice of Resolution making a Special Order to make a By-Law. BLIC NOTICE is hereby given in aem cordance with the provisions of' ‘'The Counties Act 18S6”that at aSpecial Meeting of the Hol>son County Council held at the Council Chambers, Aratapu, on Wednesday the •I eve nth day of May 1892 a resolution was >d u>f ed to make by Special Order a By-law to ppl.y to the whole County and to be called By-Law No. 5 of Hobson County/’ the object of the same Deing To regulate the -width of tires to be used by all vehicles in proportion to the weight of the load whether plying for hire or not within the County on unmetalled roads between the first day of May and the first day of November in any one year. The said resolution will be confirmed at a meeting of the said Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Aratapu, on the loth day of June 1 592. A copy of the said Special Order and Bylaw being deposited at the office of the Council at Aratapu shall be open to the inspection of the public at the said office during office hours from this date until the 15th day of June 1892.
