High School A v. High School B at High School. United v. W.F.C.A., at Memorial Park. Carterton v. Hibernian (forfeit). INTER-SCHOOL MATCH. HONOURS WITH WANGANUI. WANGANUI, March 16. The annual cricket match between Wanganui Technical College and Palmerston North High School concluded to-day when honours were with Wanganui in a drawn game. Batting first, Wanganui made 177, of which Kerr made 77 and Thakabau 75.' Both batted brightly, but the rest of the side failed. Palmerston were dismissed for 92, Burgess, a slow right-hander, bowling exceedingly well to take eight wickets for 31. In their second innings Wanganui had lost none for 30 when the match was abandoned through rain.—(P.A.).
