MURDER CHARGE.
SULLIVAN TRIAL AT GISBORNE.
GISBORNE, March 7.
The hearing of the case in which Jjhn Sullivan is charged with murdering Jeremiah Williamson, near Opotiki in December last, opened in the Supreme Court at Gisborne to-day, before Mr. Justice Ostler. After evidence for the prosecution had been heard, the case was adjourned until tomorrow. —(P.A.)
