LANG CABINET’S PLANS. SYDNEY, Marek 5. The Lang Cabinet has decided to cease its dispute with the Governor over the Upper House appointments as it thinks it would be detrimental to the Government to prolong the controversy. Labour will concentrate on a campaign for the State-wide condemnation of the Legislative Council because of its failure to accept the Family Endowment Bill.—(P.A.) '
