ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.
INTERNATIONAL VISITS. PERSONNEL OF CANADIAN TEAM WELLINGTON, March 3. At a meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Football Association, held to-night, it was stated that a tour of a Scottish team in 11128 would probably receive favourable consideration.
Th,? Australian Association’s proposal of sending to New Zealand a representative team of schoolboys before 1928 was favourably received and referred to the New Zealand Schools Football Association.
The following is the official list of the Canadian team to visit here this season:—S. Tait, H. C. Noseworthy, E. Edmonds, F. Crawley, J. McK. Martin, .1. Alanaghan, D. Thompson, H. James, W. Brolley, H. J. Painter, W. Moon, W. Milligan, H. Pagson, D. Turner, W. Gibson. D. Archibald, J. Davidson, ill. L. Williams, P. Francis.
The manager is Mr. James Adams, ah Aiderman of Victoria City. He is a Rotarian, and is one of the best-known men in British Columbia, both in sporting and social circles.—(P.A.)
