IN NORTH PACIFIC. STORM SWEEPS ALASKA GULF. (Received Sundav, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 26. A message from Seward (Alaska) states that the fate of a thousand fishermen aboard one hundred and fifty vessels of the North Pacific halibut fleet is unknown. A terrific storm swept the Alaska Gulf yesterday, but the weather moderated to-day, possibly permitting the ships to- reach sate havens.— (A. ana jn.Z.)
