FREEZING WORKERS
MORE TROUBLE AT FEILDING.
UNIONISTS AND VOLUNTEERS. WORK TO PROCEED WITH FREE LABOUR. FEILDING, February 21. There was further trouble at the Feilding Freezing Works to-day. The Union butchers refused, to start unless the volunteers were discharged. The Company refused the demand and decided to carry on with volunteers. The Company will augment its present volunteer staff by available farmers.— (P.A.)
