ALLEGED CABINET DISPUTE. SIR A. CHAMBERLAIN’S STAND. (Received Sunday, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 19. Referring to the known difference in Cabinet regarding the “Reds,” otherwise Russian policy, the “Daily Chronicle’s” political correspondent understands that Cabinet last Wednesday considered the whole question, when Sir Austen Chamberlain threatened to resign if Cabinet forced him to take the course which he believed would make his task as Foreign Minister impossible. The “Die-hards’\ afterwards climbed down, but evidently more will be hoard of the question.—(A. and N.Z.) .
