Bruce, Masterton; CHARLES KINGSTON, farmer, of Akura, Masterton; THOMAS TIDY WELLINGTON, farmer, of Gordon Street, Masterton; RICHARD COSTELLO, farmer, of Gordon Street, Masterton; HAROLD JOHN RAYNER, farmer, of Akura, Masterton; as Managing Ratepayers who shall have the management on behalf of the Council of the said Water Races, and for that purpose hereby confers upon the said Managing Ratepayers, the powers of management possessed by the Council under Sections 46 and 47 of “The Water Supply Act, 1908,” and that this Special Order shaii take effect on and from the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. Notice is hereby further given that the above Special Order will be submitted for Confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Masterton County Council to be held at 2 p.m. on TUESDAY, the Bth day of March, 1927, at the Council Chamber, County Office, Chapel Street, Masterton.
