FARMERS FOREGATHER.
ANNUAL A. & P. RE UNION. VISITORS ENTERTAINED. The Masterton. A. and P. Association entertained. Show exhibitors, judgesand visitors at the annual re-union, which was held last evening in the luncheon booth at the Showgrounds. Mr. G. H. Perry presided. Apologieswere received from the Hon. O. J. Hawken (who regretted His inability to attend the Show owing to a meeting of Cabinet), and .from the president of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce. A lengthy toast list was honoured during which the visitors took the opportunity of thanking the Masterton officials for their hospitality, and congratulating them on the excellence of the grounds and conveniences and the Show. A musical programme was provided' by Mr. T. Vaughan’s glee party.
