CROQUET TOURNAMENT.
AT WANGANUI. RESULTS OF COMPETITIONS. WANGANUI, February 14. The Wanganui Croquet tournament concluded to-day in excellent weather. Play was generally interesting. The final results of the various competition's were as follows:— Junior open championship.—Mrs. Fulton beat Mrs. Cowling, 26-19. Junior handicap.—Mrs. Bassett beat Mrs. Cowling, 26-7. Handicap doubles.—Mrs. Jarvie and Mrs. Glenny beat Mrs. Sheet and Miss Burgess, 26-17. Senior handicap.—Mrs. Horner boat Mrs. Beere 26-12. Wanganui open campionship.—Archdeacon Meredith beat Mrs. Jarvie, 2615, 22-16, 26-16.—(P.A.).
