A late message from Wellington states that Lady Ward, wife of Sir Joseph Ward, died at 11.20 last night.

Messrs H. M. Boddington and V. E. Donald were visitors to the luncheon of Masterton Rotary Club yesterday.

Messrs F. A. Garry (Auckland), G. R Kitson (Wellington), J. E. Purchase (Christchurch), and H. E. Jones (Dunedin) were yesterday elected unopposed to the Teachers’ Superannuation Board as teacheis’ representatives. There is no change in the Government representatives, who continue at the pleasure of the Government.—(P.As).
