CATALINA CHANNEL CONQUERED
BATTLE IN THE SURF.

The first woman to swim the Catalina Channel, Mrs. Myrdle Huddleston, finished tjae course to-day, taking twenty hours forty-two minutes. She was almost exhausted battling through the surf to land.-*—(Sydney “Sun.”)
