A NARROW ESCAPE.

AUCKLAND, February 7.

A narrow escape from loss of life by fire, occurred at the residence of J. Wilkins, Mount Albert, this morning. The boy was removed to hospital suffering from Severe burns to the arms and legs. Before the outbreak, a fire had been kindled in the copper grate and it is surmised that either the child wps playing witft it or a spark flew out.
