CROWN CASE CONCLUDED IN MERRETT TRIAL.

(Received Sunday, 11.5 p.m.) LONDON, February 5. In the Merrett trial, the Crown case was concluded after evidence relating to Mrs. Merrett’s banking account and the hearing was adjourned till Monday. The Judge requested the jury not to discuss the case, because they had only heard one side.—(A. and N.Z.)
