As compared with the opening rates of this series, we quote: —Greasy merino, best, unchanged: greasy merino, average, unchanged; fine halfbreds, 50/56’s, unchanged; halfbreds, 48/50’s, }d per lb dearer; crossbreds, 46/48’s, 4d dearer; 44/46’s, 4d dearer; 40/44’s, 4d dearer; 36/40’s* 4d. Slipes, medium, |d to Id dearer; other slipes, unchanged; scoured merinos, par to 5 per cent, dearer.
