(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Australian-N.Z. Cable Association.) Received Last Night, 11.35 o'clock. TOKIO, March /7.
It is considered that the Allies' trade policy will be facilitated by the decision that the Japanese Siberian forces, as the Czechs evacuate, will gradually concentrate, on tho Manchnrian border, endeavouring to avoid' a collision with the Red troops. Japan will not reply to the Soviet's peace overtures, but will sanction trading with " the Russian co-operative socieiies.
