LONDON, March 19
Mr! Clement 'Edward§, M.P. for East Ham, has asked, the Prime Minister whether he has information of a rising planned in Ireland for next Easter Monday, with local risings in Liverpool, Manchester, and Glasgow, and whether the Navy had seized German arms.
