THE OXENHOPE CASE.
DUNEDIN, Last Night
A meeting of the District Committee'was held to-night to consider the appeal lodged against .the,decision;.of, tlie' stewards of the' Dunedih^ Jockey Club lo disqualify the horse Oxenhppe, his owner, trainer, and jockey for two years on the ground that the horse had been pulled. It wa« decided to uphold the action of the stewards, the question not being subject to an appeal.
