LATEST MESSAGE FROM THE STEAMER.

SYDNEY, December 30

. The latest message from the Tasman stated that there is 13 feet of water, not 23 feet, in the holds. A wireless'message received from the Commander of the Tasman says: "Inaho'Maru,'Japanese steamer, going to-dsltf. Expecting ship to come off. Ship passengers perfectly safe.' VESSEL REFLOATED.

(Received Last Night, 10.15 o'clock." SYDNEY, December 30. A wire has been received that the Tasman has been refloated. The pumps are able to keep the water down, and probably the vessel will proceed to Thursday Island.
