(To the Editor.) -
Sir, —I hope you will grant me space to 1 direct your attention! to your omission to state where .the money for the interest on the prc/p6sed loan can be found. If advocates of the loan know how to procure the money for it, it is their duty to present another water supply to the district. The efforts of a portion, of the public to obtain its requisites from ratepayers who cannot create a penny to save their lives, instead of from tihe supplier of Tiuman need'who gives them without charge, cause'needless suffering and expense. Thanking you for your valuable space. —I am, '' GOSPEL LEGISLATION. Masterton, December 24, 1913. --
