LARKIN'S APPEAL DISMISSED

The Court of Appeal at Dublin has confirmed the judgment ordering Larkin and others to pay Mathew Long £2OO for inducing dockers to refuse to work for him. ' The Dublin conference of masters and men has failed to agree over the reinstatement of men who had gone on strike.
