MURDER CHARGE.

A SYDNEY SENSATION

(Received Last Night, 8.15 o'clock.) SYDNEY, December 18. A man named Armstrong, aged 26 years, has been charged with the murder of Albert Wilson. Counsel for the defence stated that Armstrong was a highly respected resident of Mascot. Wilson had been worrying and pestering him for some time and said he would have his wife by fair or foul means. Armstrong was obliged to . seek- police protection. Wilson came to Armstrong's door and drew a revolver. Armstrong fired first, and afterwards surrendered to the police.

The police said Armstrong saw Wilson put his hand in his pocket, where Armstrong saw a revolver, but the weapon was unloaded.
