NEW ZEALANDERS ON TOUR.

AN EASY VICTORY

(Received Last Night, 9.40 o'clock.) SYDNEY, December 17.

The New Zealand cricketers' second match with the Northern Districts, which on this occasion was played at Glen innes, resulted in another easy victory for the visitors. Continuing their first innings, the New Zealanders score totalled 232. Patrick, who was not out yesterday, gave a capital exhibition. Their opponents found: the bowling of Sandman and Sneddon too good, the latter being especially deadly, securing the remarkable average for three wickets for one run.

The Northerners were disposed of for one hundred, New Zealand thus winning by an innings and 46 runs. The individual scores are ae follow:

The visitors were splendidly entertained by the local club.
