SALE OF MOTOR-CARS.. . - CASE ADJOURNED. - (Received Dec. 16* 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 15. In tlie case in which Ralph Milburn, Walter J/in Kemsiey, Edward William Idle, Bruce' Anthony Cuthbertson, and' Alfred Edward Kemsley are charged on remand with conspiring with Raymond Ewart Kemsley, William Onvle, Cecil Thomas Bray, Isaac Fizackerley, Charles William Brown, and others, to defraud His Majesty's Customs: of duty on motorcars, cycles a:nd accessories imported into Australia by means of false invoices "and declarations, between January, 1805, and June, 1910, Mr Sorland was examined relative ttTihe tyre invoices. Mr Hora, director of ft edachbriilders' firm, gave evidence that he supplied the bodies to Daracqs for £4oy and Daracqs catalogued them at £26. If the manufacturers gjot a good price for the chassis, they did not charge full price for bodies. , The case was adjourned for a fortnight.
