LIVELY SCENES IN -SCOTLAND Sun' Special Cables. (Received Last Night, 6.5 o'clock.) LONDON, December 10. A farmer in Aberdeenshire was. fined for non-compliance w.ith the Insurance Act. One of his cows was seized by the sheriff and taken to town for sale, under police protection. Three thousand farmers and others rushed the animal and its attendant out of the Market Square, and the animal was last seen galloping homewards. The crowd chased the auctioneer into a shed, and pelted it with road metal while the police guarded the doom.
