Nationalist volunteers have no intention of allowing the proclamation against arms to interfere with the progress of the movement. They do not possess arms at present, out intend obtaining them. The Belfast Customs authorities have seized three cases of revolvers* and ammunition consigned to Cork, Dnndalk, and Londonderry. VIGILANCE AT BELFAST. PASSENGERS' LUGGAGE EXAMINED. The Customs officers at Belfast are 'examining ,all passengers' luggage from Britain.
