THE HUSTLING WOMAN.
, The hustling woman, who is'always in a rush, exercises a very disturbing ■influence-on .those about her. She. fairly. revels in talking about her never-ending labours, and her manner is entirely lacking in the repose that makea the society of another, .perhaps less worthy'woman, absolutely comforting. We find this "business martyr" type of woman in.every walk of life —very often in'the kitchen, where klio lives in a panic over the ordinary household, duties, which a more cap-
able woman wouldn't through easily and quietly. Sh6 turns all work into drudgery, partly through lack of ability partly through a. continued habit, but* chiefly to create>the idea of unflagging .industry. Why not take things more quietly, save instead of spend strength, and make work a pleasure instead of a toil?
