Wo have to report a good clearance at prices ruling m other centres. The New Zealand Loa.ll and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received tlio following cablegram froift their London house, under date, 2nd inst!: fee demand on American account is restricted, but competition on German and French account is active. As compared with last sales closing rates, prices are about the same for scoured Crossbred, greasy Merino super, coarse greasy Crossbred, Crossbred slipe, lambs, greasy Merino medium, and scoured Merino and lower by about 5 per cent, for greasy Merino inferior and - medium greasy Crossbred. .
