TRAGIC DEATH.
MOTORIST COLLIDES WITH TRAM-CAR. (By Telegraph — Prcti Auotiation.) DUNEMN, Monday. Alfred Tennyson Moss, aged 22, met his death last evening under tragic circumstances. It appears that Moss was riding a bicycle along the tramline .on his way home at No. 57 Frane Street, North-East Valley, shortly a-fter 5 o'clock, and thai when near George Street School, a southward-bound tram-car, driven by Motorman Lenz, came into view, on the parallel track, and simultaneously a motor cyclist came along behind ■Moss, and the latter evidently intended to make way for it. Instead, however, of steering towards the left hand, Moss cut right across the oncoming car, a-nd was struck by its left-hand comer and hurled to the ground. He was unconscious when picked up, jand was at once taken to the hospital, where he died a little before 6 o'clock, without regaining consciousness.
